1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy applies to dipover.com, DipOver accounts, SEO and social audit services, reports, checkout flows, support communications, and connected integrations. DipOver is a product operated by Austragen Ventures Enterprise, Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal–712311, India (referred to as “DipOver”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

For personal data processed to operate DipOver, Austragen Ventures Enterprise acts as the data controller or data fiduciary. Where a business customer submits data and instructs us to process it solely on its behalf, our role may instead be that of a processor or data processor, as applicable.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Name or company name, email address, phone number, password credentials in protected form, billing address, country, state and postal code.
  • Website and public social-profile URLs, competitor URLs, audit selections, submitted business email addresses, reports and saved account preferences.
  • Messages, support requests, feedback and newsletter choices.

Audit and public-web data

When you request an audit, we may retrieve publicly accessible pages, response headers, metadata, links, images, structured data, performance signals and other technical evidence. Public pages can incidentally contain names, contact details or other personal information published by the relevant site owner.

Technical and transaction data

We may collect IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, security events, referring pages, approximate location or selected currency, usage events and payment status. Payment-card details are entered with the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored by DipOver.

3. How we use information

  • Operate accounts, authenticate users and deliver requested audits and reports.
  • Crawl authorized public URLs, calculate transparent scores, identify issues and produce fix guidance.
  • Provide keyword, competitor, backlink and performance information when the selected plan and connected sources support it.
  • Process orders, show locally relevant pricing, prevent fraud and maintain transaction records.
  • Send service messages, requested reports and, with the required choice or consent, marketing communications.
  • Secure, troubleshoot, measure and improve DipOver while avoiding invented SEO metrics.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms and protect users, DipOver and third parties.

4. Google user data and Search Console

Connecting Google Search Console is optional. If you choose to connect it, DipOver requests read-only Search Console permission and may access properties available to your Google account, selected site identifiers, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, device, country and search-appearance data. We use this information only to display and generate the Search Console features and audit reports you request.

DipOver does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not transfer it to data brokers. Access tokens and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials, stored with appropriate safeguards, and used only to maintain the connection you authorized. You may skip authorization or disconnect it. On a verified disconnection or deletion request, we disable future access and delete stored tokens, subject to short operational backup cycles and legal requirements.

DipOver’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service. Depending on enabled features, these may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Supabase for application data, Google APIs for PageSpeed, Chrome UX Report and owner-authorized Search Console data, DataForSEO for external SEO market data, Stripe or another disclosed payment provider, and email-delivery or security providers.

Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are subject to their own terms and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation subject to applicable notice and safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. Legal bases and consent

Depending on your location and the activity, we process information to perform a contract, take steps you request before entering a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or act on your consent. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

7. International service and data transfers

DipOver is operated from India and serves customers internationally. Information may therefore be processed in India and in countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use contractual, technical or organisational measures intended to protect the information. Local rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

8. Data retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Audit reports and saved audit history remain available according to the plan and account settings until deletion or expiry. Temporary crawl material, diagnostic information and OAuth tokens are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose. Financial and compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

You may request deletion. We will remove or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, legal holds, fraud prevention, backups and records we are legally required to retain.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational controls designed to protect information, including access controls, transport encryption, protected credentials, logging and provider security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong unique password and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing; access, correction or deletion; restriction or objection; withdrawal of consent; portability where available; and review of a grievance. We may verify your identity and may refuse or limit a request where the law permits.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email info@dipover.com.

11. Cookies and local storage

DipOver may use essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, session continuity, currency preference and core functionality. Analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, will be disclosed and controlled as required by applicable law. Blocking essential storage may prevent account or audit features from working correctly.

12. Children

DipOver is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction and able to enter a binding agreement.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider or legal changes. We will publish the revised effective date and provide additional notice where a material change or applicable law requires it. If our use of Google user data materially changes, we will update our disclosures and obtain any required consent before applying the new use.
